DeskHoppa Cancellation Policy


DeskHoppa Standard Cancellation: Limited Period Full Refund

  • The DeskHoppa service fee is refundable, up to 5 times per year, within 48 hours of booking.
  • The host fees (the total you are charged) are refundable under certain circumstances outlined below.
  • Complaints by either party must be sent to DeskHoppa within 24 hours of guest arrival.
  • DeskHoppa will mediate and has the final say.
  • A booking is offically cancelled when the guest clicks on the cancellation button on the View Booking page, they can find this on Bookings -> Cancel Booking.

Guest on site
Full refund of desk fees, guest must cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to check in time in the host's local time. For example if check in is on the Tuesday then cancellation must be made on the Monday before the check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 24 hours then the first hour is non-refundable.
If guest checks in and decides to leave early then no refund is applied.
